2. ORDERING & SHOPPING
A: Simply browse our collection on the website, select your desired size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.” Once ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete the payment.
A: No, but we recommend creating an account for quicker checkouts, order tracking, and access to exclusive discounts.
A: Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order. After this window, we may not be able to make changes.
3. SIZING & PRODUCT INFORMATION
A: Each product includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size guide before purchasing.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
A: Currently, we only ship within South Africa, but we are working on expanding to other countries in the near future.

Free Shipping on orders over R800.
A: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery within South Africa typically takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location.
A: Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your parcel on the courier’s website.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
A: We offer returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for more.

A: Yes, we allow exchanges for different sizes or items of equal value, subject to stock availability. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
